Brad C. Hedrich, P.E. Brad C. Hedrich, P.E., President of Hedrich Engineering, Inc., has worked on a wide variety of projects such as large planned developments, major Florida Department of Transportation and county transportation projects, community parks, residential and commercial developments, master utility systems, mitigation banks and beach projects. He is experienced in managing projects, designing drainage, stormwater, utility and roadway systems, coordinating with agencies and sub-consultants and assisting clients through the various permitting processes. He is also skilled at designing and producing plans for FDOT roadway, drainage and signing and pavement marking systems, designing traffic control plans and guide signs, coordinating and producing plans for utility adjustments, establishing horizontal and vertical geometry and performing quantity computations and cost estimates. Brad is skilled in the use of the following computer programs: Microstation, Geopak, PondPack, StormCad, WaterCad, FlowMaster, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft FrontPage and a variety of other programs. Brad C. Hedrich is also employed as an Executive Vice President of Hickory Homes, Inc., a construction company located in Bonita Springs, Florida. Hickory Homes, Inc. has been building single family, multiple family and commercial buildings in the Southwest Florida area for over 30 years. Brad is also a Real Estate Broker and Vice President with Pollard & Hedrich Realty, Inc. Pollard & Hedrich Realty, Inc. has been providing real estate services in Southwest Florida for over 30 years.
